Welcome to Findall.io, a platform dedicated to connecting creators with opportunities while empowering businesses to discover creative talent. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, License Terms, and Policies. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and updated information during registration.

2.2 User Conduct

By accessing Findall.io, you agree not to:

  • Post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
  • Upload harmful or malicious files, viruses, or scripts.

2.3 Account Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
  • Sharing accounts or credentials with third parties is prohibited.
  • You agree to notify Findall.io immediately in case of unauthorized access or use of your account.

2.4 Platform Content

  • Findall.io facilitates showcasing and selling of content such as graphics, photography, videos, and branding materials. Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Findall.io non-exclusive access to display, promote, and share their work as part of the platform’s services.

3. License Terms

3.1 Ownership

  • All content uploaded by creators remains their intellectual property.
  • Findall.io owns all platform-related trademarks, logos, and software.

3.2 Licensing Agreement

  • By uploading your content, you grant Findall.io a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify (for resizing or formatting purposes), and display the content.

3.3 Use of Content

  • Businesses purchasing assets on the platform receive a license to use those assets as agreed in the transaction. They may not resell or distribute the work unless explicitly allowed by the creator.
  • Unauthorized commercial use of the platform or its content is strictly prohibited.

3.4 License Revocation

  • Findall.io reserves the right to revoke licenses for content that violates the platform’s policies or legal regulations.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Data Collection

  • We collect personal data such as names, email addresses, and payment information to provide platform services.
  • Non-identifiable data such as platform usage and analytics are collected to improve the platform.

4.2 Data Sharing

  • Findall.io will not sell or share user data with third parties without consent unless required by law.

4.3 Data Security

  • Findall.io implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

5. Payment and Fees

5.1 Subscription Plans

  1. Beginner Plan:
    • Cost: 3,000 Birr,
    • Credit: 3,000 Birr worth of premium assets,
    • Validity: 3 months from the purchase date.
  2. Intermediate Plan:
    • Cost: 8,000 Birr,
    • Credit: 8,000 Birr worth of premium assets,
    • Validity: 6 months from the purchase date.
  3. Commercial Plan:
    • Cost: 98,000 Birr,
    • Credit: 98,000 Birr worth of premium assets,
    • Validity: 12 months from the purchase date.

5.2 Credit Usage and Expiry

  • Credits can be used to download premium assets across all categories.
  • Unused credits will be transferred to the next Credit subscription at the end of the subscription validity period.

5.3 Payments by Users

  • Payments for subscriptions must be made in full through the payment methods supported by Findall.io.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, and credits cannot be carried over after expiry unless explicitly stated during plan upgrades or promotions.

5.4 Creator Compensation

  • Creators are paid monthly based on the total value of their assets purchased during the preceding period.
  • Findall.io retains 30% of the total purchase value as a commission.

6. Content Moderation Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

  • Offensive or discriminatory material.
  • Nudity and explicit content.
  • Unlawful or copyrighted content without proper licensing.
  • Plagiarized or stolen content.

6.2 Reporting and Removal

  • Users can report violations through the platform's reporting tool.
  • Findall.io reserves the right to remove content that breaches policies without prior notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Findall.io encourages direct communication between users to resolve disputes.
  • Users agree to resolve disputes with Findall.io through binding arbitration under applicable laws.

8. Termination Policy

  • Users may terminate their account at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform and all associated content will be disabled.
  • Findall.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Use.

9. Changes to Policies

Findall.io reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use, License Terms, and Policies. Users will be notified of changes through the platform or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
